Plank Hold Shoulder Taps

Athlete, starting in a plank position, lifts one hand to touch the same shoulder before returning it to the floor.

Rep Start
  • Plank lockout.
Rep End
  • Plank lockout.
Rep Requirement
  • Lift one hand to touch the shoulder on the same side of the body then returns it to the ground.
  • Hand on the ground is positioned behind the line made by the chin.
  • Maintain Plank lockout.
Cycle & Post Rep
  • Rep end is a valid rep start.
